Works: Ikea Store

Project features: the project involved the construction of the largest Ikea Store in Italy, near the existing store which in fact continued to do business throughout the works. An imposing construction, with approximately 70,000 m² of store and car park areas, the main structure being pre-fabricated with columns and beams. In synergy with the construction company, ALPI supplied the equipment for the construction of the vertical works, using the MR 250 climbing system and the MIDI panel system. The overall height of the 19 m stairwells was achieved by partial weekly casts of 4.5 m each. The total surface area of the ALPI formwork was approximately 1,000 m2.
