For spans of more than 24 m, ALPI offers a very cheap solution with the MECCANO TAP 2500 system. The load bearing structure is composed of electro-welded, full plate girders connected together using MECCANO components. The girders are supplied in 12 m lengths, reducing mounting costs to a minimum.
